India here we goooo.....Our travel story starts on the runway of Kastrup, Copenhagen.. always exhilarating feeling when the plane lifts of the ground... YIPPIEE..... now we are on the way, I and my niece Malin .......... up up and away ....... The flight itself is really boring and monotonous .... good food though. My neighbour is a Fin who drinks whiskey and beer the whole trip. Landing in Chennai airport...... New arrival hall fresh and quick thru the immigration. We grab a cab with a Frenchwoman and her daughter Lilly, zooming south thru the warm night. The first few nights we don't sleep so well and after changing the room we enjoy better....the cool pool and the sun and the sea, the food,the people and the hot days. Always takes a few days to a week to adjust to a warm climate....Sweden has such a raw cold this time of year. It just rained for 3 days full on so everything is soooo fresh and green. We are resting under the palm trees swimming in the pool taking some walks and off course shopping new clothes....having ayrvedic massage every day also makes the body grounded and strong. Started doing some samples for cd-covers and my friend Ravi helps me....his friend Ravi is fast and knocks out the covers in an an hour or so. Malin and I take a trip to Chennai on the buses and she gets the treat of the busy ..noisy ...crowded India. The Spencer plaza in Chennai is really the shoppers paradise....I find quickly a pair of nice pants and a jacket all (really good quality) for 450 swedish kr. I really like the Indian materials and colours...this is heaven for me compared to "Dressman" or "Brothers" in Sweden. Meeting a few friends and having nice dinners in the warm evenings, taking night swims in the warm Indian ocean........ what a treat.... full moon and all the stars. We pack our bags and go with buses to fist Pondicherry and 2 bus changes later we see the holy mountain of Arunachalla....... feels really great to be back in "Tiru".. Tirruvannamalai...and enjoying the spiritual vibe of this place... Shree Ramana Maharshi lived here for long and many others like him thru history. The peace and Shakti (power) of Ramana's ashram is very noticable and it puts me in a nice mood even though I get a touch of fever and sleeping is not so easy....I play the guitar at the "pumpernicle" cafe'...where my friends the Nepalee guys Navind and gang is giving the best breafast in Tiru. Malin is having cramps and are having her "opening ceremony" with The India she left when she was 4 months, grew up in Sweden and now 28 yrs later she is back.........to tackle all that separation.......I really suport her and pray for her...give her healing and deeksha.........sooo let's have it all please in a way we can handle...thanks. Staying at a nice family's house eating dinners with them....really great food! Sooooo now another day.......magical mystery tour will continue later.....so check in and read all about it .
